Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Industry Insurance Company has collected AZN 2.1 mln insurance premiums in January-April, 2011, up 50% from year earlier, Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors Faig Huseynov told APA.
According to him, most of the total collection came from Cargo insurance, Vehicle insurance and Property Fire Insurance.
The payments on insurance accidents rose 55% to AZN 6,300.
Most of payments went to Cargo insurance and Property Fire Insurance.
Remind that, Azerbaijan Industry Insurance Company has been in operation since 1996. The company operates 22 voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance types.
