According to him, all issues on improvement of non-cash settlements will be reflected in the program. The main purpose of the document is to extend the non-cash settlements in the country. The directions in the program include the issues like stimulating measures in non-vas payments sphere, development in regions, enlightenment works. Besides, the issues on receiving of wages via plastic cards in private sector of the country will also be included the directions. Receiving of wages via plastic cards in state sector has been applied.
He noted that, the action plan on development of non-cash settlements will be made by CBA.
