To him, State Social Protection Fund has already prepared draft law on making amendments in law on labor pensions and submitted it to the head of state. This document is expected to send to the parliament in the coming days.
“Annual financial capacity of the project is AZN 390 mln. The amendments are considered to come into force from the second half of the year. That is why, AZN 195 mln will be spent to pension growth this year and it will be considered in the expected amendments in the budgetâ€, Muslumov added.
He said that during process of re-calculation, the pensions will be changed only in direction growth: “Moreover, minimum pension maybe increased in Azerbaijan too, but how much it maybe increased is not known. Because different variants are being considered, and all parameters are taken into account during making a decisionâ€.
