Baku. Elnur HUseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Economic Research Centre has released the results of statistical monitoring of prices in 10 regions of Azerbaijan, in April, 2011.
ERC says the Consumer Price Index rose 0.49% in Azerbaijan during April. The prices in Baku rose 0.79%, in regions – 0.20%.
ERC also says 15.45% price rise was observed during the same period. The prices rose 18.77% in Baku, 12.18% in regions. The highest inflation was observed in food products (27%). Growth made 2.81% in non-food products, 3.50% in services.
