Baku – APA. The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Belarus was $429 million in January-March this year, Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Nikolay Patskevich said, APA reports.
He said it had been achieved due to the importation of Azerbaijani oil to Belarus. Ambassador said the trade turnover between the two countries was $150 million in 2010.
Nikolay Patskevich noted that the next meeting of Azerbaijan-Belarus Intergovernmental Commission would be held in the second half of the year. He expressed his hope that Azerbaijan-Belarus National Exhibition would be held in 2011.
