Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. As of March 1, 2011, Azerbaijan-based commercial banks’ foreign liabilities stood at AZN 2 501.3 million, up 21% or AZN 434.5 mln on the same period last year, said the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
However, foreign liabilities raised 0.7% or AZN 16.6 mln in January-February.
