AGBank financial audit 2010 to be completed in April

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Financial audit of Azerbaijan’s AGBank for 2010 will be conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers international audit firm, chairman of the AGBank Board of Governors Azer Movsumov told APA-Economics.

Movsumov said the financial audit would be completed in April, 2011. “Following that the bank will start operations with a number of international financial institutions. It prepares some credit proposals for the International Financial Corporation and other organizations”.

Movsumov said credit attracting could be realized in May, 2011, but it would depend on the decisions of the international financial organizations as well.

AGBank was founded in 1992. Bank assets were AZN 249,209 million until January 1, 2011, deposit portfolio – AZN 127,667 million, credit portfolio – AZN 192,391 mln, total capital – AZN 35,544 mln, including AZN 18,577 mln bank assets.

The bank has 16 branches, 55 ATMs and 371 POS-terminals.
