Mohammad Jahromi: â€œBank Saderat Iran is ready to collaborate with Azerbaijani banksâ€

Baku. Suleyman Farzaliyev â€“ APA-Economics. The current relations on all spheres between Azerbaijan and Iran are at the high level, the head of Bank Saderat Iran Seyyed Mohammad Jahromi informed.

According to him Iran and Azerbaijan have similar and joint history: â€œThe economic relations of these countries are more extensive than others. This is no caused for only being bordering countries but they also have joint language, religious, culture. â€

Extending of cooperation relations between the banks of these countries will support the development of economies of Iran and Azerbaijan. These will support Iranian banks to invest capital in Azerbaijan.

He considers that regional countries have to be in more cooperation than others. New contracts on bilateral and multilateral relations must be signed.

At the same time he noted that he would hold meeting with the heads of local banks within the visit to Azerbaijan. â€œOur bank is ready to collaborate with the regional banks especially Azerbaijani banks. Hope that our cooperation will support to develop the relations in economic sphere between Azerbaijan and Iranâ€
