Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. New chairman was appointed to Board of Directors of MBASK Insurance Company at the extraordinary meeting of Board of Directors, Frederic Flejou, head of new market development for AXA’s Mediterranean and Latin America operations, told informed.
According to him the new chairman of Board of Directors is Turkish professional Yavuz Olken. Yavuz Adigozel was appointed as chief of Finance Department.
Note that the extraordinary meeting was held deal with AXA’s acquiring a 51 percent stake in MBASK by buying shares from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the company’s other major shareholder
MBASK has been in operation since 1992. The company operates 29 insurance types.
