Azerbaijan’s foreign debt passes $ 3.440 billion

According to Ministry of Finance, the foreign debt per head on the used credits made $ 381.3, as of April 1, 2010.
The debt borrowed by the state bodies was spent for implement of investment projects. This made $ 3126.38 mln or 90.88% of total foreign debt.
In amount of $ 313.91 mln or 9.12% of foreign debt was spent for economic reforms. 7.45% of this was allocated by the World Bank and 1.67% by International Monetary Fund.
