Qala Sigorta to double its authorized capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan-based insurance company Qala Sigorta will double its share capital to AZN 2 million, said Abbas Babayev, chairman of the company.

According to him, the general meeting of shareholders will take place at the end of November to discuss doubling capital through existing shareholders and a number of other issues.

The companyâ€™s registered capital is AZN 1 million.
