Royal Bank gets new issue prospectus registered

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan State Committee on Securities has registered Royal Bankâ€™s issue prospectus of book-entry ordinary registered stocks.

The face value per stock is AZN 0.20, the total number is 4 million and the amount AZN 800 000.

The issue will be realized through public offering on Baku Stock Exchange.

Exchange analysts say the placing is expected to start in November.
If successful, the companyâ€™s authorized capital stock will increase by 40.2% to AZN 20.712 million.
