Azerbaijan working on new rules to protect interests of the insured

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. The State Service for Insurance Supervision under the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan is preparing new rules for "voluntary insurance of vehiclesâ€.
Mahir Abdullayev, Officer of the Ministry, said that the objective is to protect the interests of the insured.

"The draft of the new rules has already been submitted to a number of insurance companies. The final draft will be developed taking into account their suggestions. The process will be completed by the first half of 2010,â€ he added.
