Baku Sigorta raises capital

Bakuâ€“ APA-Economics. The placement of issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of Baku Sigorta Insurance Company commences on Baku Strock Exchange from November 17.

The volume of the issue is AZN 252 572, face value per stock AZN 233, and the number is 1 084.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by through public subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange.

Respublika Invest LLC will be the underwriter of placement of stocks.

Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being the member of Baku Stock Exchange and having a brokerage license.

If floated successfully, the insurance companyâ€™s share capital will rose by 14.5% to AZN 2 000 072.
