Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund may start issuing unsecured bonds

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund may begin issuing unsecured bonds in the size of its total capital, said Rufat Aslanli, Chairman of the State Committee on Securities.

According to him, the committee is ready to support the AMF in issuance of mortgage bonds.

â€œNext year the AMF could start issuing unsecured bonds of AZN 80 million, in the size of its capital. The current issue includes secured bonds,â€ he added.

He also noted that since AZN 44 million of the mortgage bonds worth of AZN 55 million in total have been floated in 8 tranches.
