Central Bank loans to banks hit a record high in Azerbaijan

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. As of October 1, loans lent to commercials banks by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (refinancing) reached AZN 1 139.7 million, up ninefold from the same period last year.

There has been a five-fold or AZN 910.7 million rise in refinancing from early this year, said the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

According to statistics, this is the highest level on record.
