Azerbaijan and Slovenia to sign several documents on economic cooperation

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan and Slovenia will sign several documents on cooperation as part of Slovenian President Danilo TÃ¼rkâ€™s visit to Baku.

Ales Kontrarutti, the representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia, a joint business forum will gather together representatives of tens of Azeri companies and about 60 Slovenian companies engaged in the energy, ICT industry, finance, consulting, and tourism sectors on November 10.

"Besides, several documents on economic cooperation are due to be signed. Cooperation with Azerbaijan can open an opportunity for Slovenia to establish ties with other countries of the Caucasus. Slovenia, in turn, as a member of the EU, can contribute to the improvement of relations between Azerbaijan and southern European countries," he added.

Azerbaijanâ€™s Ministry of Economic Development will organize round tables on the industry and metallurgy, IT technologies, construction, trade, tourism, finance, consulting and security during Slovenia Presidentâ€™s visit.
