Azerneqliyyatbank raises share capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerneqliyyatbank plans to raise its authorized capital stock by AZN 10 million this year, said Emin Mammadov, Chairman of the Bank.

According to him, the capitalization will be paid up by the existing shareholders by this year end.

The bankâ€™s capital will increase by 56.8% from AZN 17.621 million to AZN 27.621 million t.

Established in 1989, Azerneqliyyatbank is owned by individuals (58.6%) and legal entities (41.4%).
