Azerbaijan Industry Insurance raises share capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan Industry Insurance plans to triple its share capital to AZN 3 million with the involvement of two new legal entities as shareholders by the yearend.

Rashad Ahmedov, Director of the Company, said the company has sent a notice to the Ministry of Finance on the involvement of 2 shareholders.

He added that the companyâ€™s capital will increased once again in late January 2010 to AZN 4 million.

Owned by Azerbaijan Industry Bank, Azerbaijan Industry Insurance was established in 1996.
