AtaSigorta raises share capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan-based insurance company AtaSigorta intends to raise its authorized capital by 75% to AZN 3.5 million in 2010, said Israyil Garayev, Deputy Chairman of the Company.

According to him, the share capital will be increased through injection of profit made in 2009.

The company capital stands at AZN 2 million at present.

AtaSigorta, part of AtaHolding Group, has been in operation since 2004.

The company currently provides 31 voluntary and 4 compulsory types of insurance.
