Atrabank sees assets spiked by 7%

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of October 1, Azerbaijan-based Atrabank posted its assets at AZN 34.768 million, up 1.9% from a year ago.

The bank said deposit portfolio increased by 11.8% to AZN 4.684 million, loan portfolio dropped by 2.7% to AZN 24.914 million while consumer lending went up by 4.6% to AZN 4.830 million.

Total equity capital dropped by 4.9% to AZN 10.915 million and authorized capital stood at AZN 10.425 million.

Revenue increased by 21.8% to AZN 2.422 million and expenditure fell by 16.6% to AZN 2.368 million. Profit plunged by 79% to AZN 0.053 million.

The bank established 1 branch and 2 ATMs over the past one year.

Besides, the number of staff increased by 30.4% to 176 and average salary decreased by 13.4% to AZN 413.

Established in 1992, Atrabank operates 12 branches, 24 exchange bureaus, 13 ATMs and 40 POS terminals across the country.
