International Bank of Azerbaijan to join 16th Annual World Islamic Banking Conference

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) will attend the 16th Annual World Islamic Banking Conference in Bahrain from December 6-9, said the bank.

IBA will take part in the conference as a privileged sponsor that will allow the bank to provide information about Azerbaijan and the prospects of development of the Islamic banking in the country.

The bank intends to hold an array of meetings in order to attract financial resources for the development of the Islamic banking in Azerbaijan.

The conference is supported by the Central Bank of Bahrain and a number of international financial institutions such as the Islamic Development Bank, Gulf Finance House, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, etc.
