Azerbaijan sees POS-Terminal network increase

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. As of September 1, the number of POS terminals deployed in business and catering outlets across Azerbaijan reached 8 481, up 16.7% or 1 204 units from a year ago.

Of this, 91% or 7 698 are deployed in Baku, said the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

From the beginning of this year, the number of POS terminals increased by 4.4% or 357 units.
