International Bank of Azerbaijan approves new form of share certificates

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. International Bank of Azerbaijan has approved a new form of share certificates registered under a single number at the State Committee for Securities.

All shareholders may bring back shares and certificates and get new certificates, said the bank.

Certificate is the only document certifying the ownership of shares.

The shareholders must submit an application, a document the identity of the shareholder (except driver’s license and a foreign passport), the original of the old certificate and a notarized power of attorney (if somebody applies on behalf of the shareholder).
