International Azerbaijan Investment Summit to take place in London

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-ECONOMICS. A delegation from the Azerbaijan Government will attend the 1st International Azerbaijan Investment Summit in London from December 8th -9th 2009.

The summit will be held Adam Smith Conferences with support from Azerbaijanâ€™s embassy in the UK.

According to early speaker confirmations, Azerbaijani delegation will include Musa Panahov, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Transport; Jahangir Hajiyev, Chairman of the Board, International Bank of Azerbaijan; Khagani Abdullayev, Director General, Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Gafar Gurbanov, Chairman of the Executive Board, AtaHolding; Ali Garakhanov, Chairman of the Board, Azneftkimyamash; Togrul Kocharli, Executive Director, Caspian International Investment Company (CIIC); Igor Yakovenko, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, AZEL (Azerbaijan Electronics); Zaur Akhundov, President, SW LLC Holding (Azerbaijan Airlines); and others.

The format of the first ever Azerbaijan Investment Summit in London is a three-day conference, with a highly informative and innovative agenda, featuring a mixture of formal plenary and interactive sessions.
