United Credit Bank to hold shareholdersâ€™ meeting in October

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based United Credit Bank will hold a general meeting of shareholders on October 3.

Azad isgenderov, Chairman of the Board, said the shareholders will discuss raising share capital and total equity capital, as well as increasing loan book.

â€œThe shareholders will decide how much the share capital and total capital will be raised,â€ he added.

Owned by one legal entity and 2 individuals, United Credit Bank has been in operations since 1996.
