Number of Azerbaijanâ€™s stock market professional participants decreases

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA. The number of professional participants in the financial market of Azerbaijan decreased 8% in January-August, 2009.

The State Securities Committee told APA-Economics there were 13 brokers and 11 dealers in the market this year, which 7-15% lower that last yearâ€™s figures.

There were two managers, one clearing, three depositary, two register-keepers and one stock exchange professional this year. These figures remained steady as against the last yearâ€™s statistics.
