AzSigorta launches on-line insurance service for the first time in Azerbaijan

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. For the first time in Azerbaijan, AzSigorta Insurance Company has made Compulsory Civil Liability Motor-Vehicle Insurance and Travel Insurance available online.

The companyâ€™s deputy chairman Khayal Mammadkhanli said in a presentation that any customer can go to www.buy-e-insurance.az at work, home or through mobile phone to buy an insurance policy.

He also spoke about the achievements of the company.

â€œOur achievements, new products, and advancement in the insurance market is the fruits of our hard work,â€ he added.

The presenation was attended by representatives of the media, insurance companies, embassies, ministries, banks and businesses.

AzSÄ±gorta has been in operation since December 2006.

The company provides services for 25 types of voluntary and 3 types of compulsory insurance. It operates 7 branches and more than 40 offices across the country.
