Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund: Mortgage loans allow buying an apartment in newly or previously constructed buildings

According to the existing law, citizens can apply to an agent bank to take out a mortgage loan to buy an apartment in both the primary market (in newly constructed buildings) and secondary market (previously constructed buildings), said AMF.

According to the statement, the Ministry of Finance has been requested to transfer the approved funds from the state budget to the Fund which will distribute to citizens through its agent banks.

Preferential mortgage loans will be available as soon as the funds is transferred, said AMF.
