Azerbaijan will allocate AZN 12 million for social mortgage lending this year

According to him, the Ministry of Finance will soon transfer the funds to the Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund.

He added that people who seek to get preferential mortgage loans can now apply to agent banks to take out a loan.

In his words, the maximum mortgage limit for a person (AZN 50 000) will be increased.

â€œThere are prposals to raise this ceiling because home prices are high. However, this requires certain decisions,â€ he added.

AZN 34 million is planned for mortgage loans this year.
