Bank Standard has opens a new branch in Baku

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Bank Standard has opened a branch in Mardakan, bringing the number of its branches to 17.

Javid Guliyev, the First Vice-Chairman of the Bank, said the branch would give further impetus to new employment opportunities and would contribute to further development of local businesses and improvement of socio-economic infrastructure.

He said the new branch will provide a full range of retail banking services, as well as services to corporate clients.

According to him, Bank Standard plans to open several new branches in Mingechevir, Zagatala and Khirdalan this year.

Bank Standard, part of AB Standard Group, has been in operation since 1995.
