AtaSigorta Supervisory Board renamed

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based insurance company AtaSigorta has renamed its Supervisory Board as the Board of Directors in accordance with the requirement in the new Insurance Law.

In addition, the chairman and members of the Supervisory Board were replaced.

Thus, Farid Asadov also elected as President of the Board of Directors, Ahmet Erentok and Adigozal Aghayev as members of the Board

Besdies, Tamerlan Hajiev was appointed chairman of the company, and Sabina Babayeva and Israilov Garayev - deputy vhairman, and Elchin Mamedsaatov - Chairman of Audit Committee

AtaSigorta, part of AtaHolding, has been in operation since 2004.
