â€œThe bill on amendments and additions to its 2009 draft budget had been expected to come to the parliament, but this didnâ€™t happen. This is a normal process,â€ he added.

Previously, officials said a budget revision is possible in May-June as the main financial document was based on a price of $70 per barrel versus current prises.

Oil prices keep rising on world markets.

The 2009 state budget envisions revenue of AZN 12 177 million and expenditure of AZN 12 355 million.
