Krakow-2023: Irina Zaretska wins gold, and Asiman Gurbanli gets bronze

Karate competitions have concluded at the III European Games in Krakow-2023, Apasport.az reports.

Four Azerbaijan national team karate players joined the competition on the final day.

There were two male competitors and two female Azerbaijani athletes competing. Irina Zaretska stood out and triumphed over the other competitors to win the gold medal.

Asiman Gurbanli, on the other hand, ceased fighting in the semi-finals and settled for a bronze medal. After this, our karate team's total profit reached three medals.

Note that Tural Aghalarzade (67 kg), one of our four karatekas, won gold on the first day.
