World Indices soar amid energy sector hike

World market indexes grew up, Tuesday, amid energy sector hike. The Dow Jones industrial average jumped 32.53, or 0.26 percent, to 12,523.31; the Standard & Poor’s 500 index went up 8.20, or 0.58 percent, at 1,428.82, and the Nasdaq composite index climbed 7.55, or 0.31 percent, to 2,448.64, the APA reports. Light sweet crude oil for March delivery jumped $2.96 to settle at $56.97 on the New York Mercantile Exchange. March Brent crude at London’s ICE Futures exchange rose $2.71 to $56.39 a barrel.
Meanwhile, Exxon Mobil Corp. grew $1.19 to $74.39, Chevron Corp. rose $1.54 to $73.07, and ConocoPhillips went up $1.03 to $65.65.
Oil shares were bought by investors and traders with high demand on the bull market.
The German DAX 30 rose 0.92% to 6788.23, the French CAC 40 gained 0.46% to 5645.59, while the U.K. FTSE 100 added 0.03% to reach 6242. Japan’s Nikkei stock average rose 0.11 percent. /APA/
