Ukraine is ready for the next round of negotiations on ending the Russo-Ukrainian war, but the location and timing of the meeting have still not been agreed due to differences between the United States and Russia, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy while speaking to journalists at the end of his visit to France, APA reports, citing Ukrinform.
Zelenskyy noted that the talks had been postponed at the US's request because of the war against Iran.
"There's a whole 'Santa Barbara' going on with these talks because of the war in the Middle East. The Americans have said they're willing to meet, but only in the US, because the war and the security situation do not allow them to leave US territory now."
