Baku – APA. The U.S. Embassy in Turkey has issued a warning to its citizens in Turkey about potential violence, APA reports. The embassy issued a warning letter for the attention of U.S. citizens, reminding of the tension in the country that has been ongoing since last week: “U.S. citizens traveling or residing in Turkey should be alert to the potential for violence. We strongly urge U.S. citizens to avoid demonstrations and large gatherings. Even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence.”
