NATO's new security concept to be discussed in Ankara

NATO's new security concept will be discussed in Ankara, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said, APA's Türkiye bureau reports.

According to him, the implementation of decisions adopted at previous summits, the alliance's new security concept, and other issues will be the main topics of discussion at the NATO summit to be held in Ankara.

The minister said that the "NATO 3.0" approach, the alliance's prospects against the backdrop of war and instability in Eastern Europe, as well as existing and potential threats, will be reviewed.

Fidan stressed that holding the event in Türkiye once again confirms the country's strategic role within NATO.
