Suspected Ebola patient brought back to Denmark for observation

Baku-APA. A Danish nurse who was working with Ebola patients in Sierra Leone has been placed in quarantine at a hospital in Aarhus, Denmark, said local authority on Thursday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.

Danish Ministry of Defense brought back the nurse who had been exposed to a high risk situation related to the care of Ebola patients in Sierra Leone, according to the Danish Health and Medicines Authority.

The Dane has been admitted to the hospital at Aarhus University for examination and observation.

Danish Health and Medicines Authority said it will keep in close contact with the hospital and make a detailed risk assessment based on the observations.
