Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on the United States and the G7 countries to take tougher measures to stop Russia's attacks on Ukraine.
According to RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement published on Zelensky's Telegram channel, Russia launched a series of airstrikes across several Ukrainian regions.
Zelensky said that following an airstrike on a multi-story residential building in the city of Sumy, people may still be trapped beneath the rubble.
The president said that the deaths of four people, including one child, have been confirmed.
"Europe has enough tools to exert pressure. The United States and our G7 partners must take more decisive steps to stop Russia's attacks," Zelensky said.
