Forty people were injured in a bus crash in Turkey, traveling from Istanbul to Iraq. Children were among the injured, APA reports citing DHA news agency.
The accident occurred on Friday around 5:00 PM local time near the city of Aksaray on the Ankara-Nigde highway in central Türkiye. According to preliminary investigations, the driver lost control, causing the bus to leave the road and overturn.
The 37 passengers on board, two drivers, and a guide were taken to hospitals in Aksaray.
