Baku-APA. Angry protesters set fire the government building of Sarajevo Canton as a demonstration turned violent here on Friday, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and struggled to fight the fire which seriously damaged the building's first floor.
The clashes went on as police fired tear gas to disperse the stone-throwing protesters.
Dozens of people were treated at the emergency medical services, most of slightly, according to medical services personnel.
There are over 1000 protesters, mostly of them young people, near the government building of Sarajevo Canton, local media reported.
