Georgian parliament expresses confidence in the renewed government

On Saturday the Georgian parliament expressed its confidence in the renewed composition of the government.

APA's Georgian bureau reports that the Parliament of Georgia approved the renewed composition of the government with 101 and against 12 votes.

The number of ministries has been reduced from 14 to 11 (10 ministries and one apparatus of the state minister).

In the renewed composition of the government, three new ministers, with the basic composition of the Cabinet, including ministers of the power departments, has not changed.

The composition of the Georgian government: Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, Minister of Internal Affairs Georgy Gakhariya, Minister of Health David Sergeyenko, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Mikhail Batiashvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Georgi Kobulia, Finance Minister Vano Machavariani, Infrastructure Minister Maya Tskitishvili, Minister of Environment and Agriculture Levan Davitashvili, Defense Minister Levan Isoria, Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani, State Minister for Reconciliation and Civil Equality Ketevan Tsihelashvili.
