François Hollande: Coming hours will be decisive in fulfillment of Minsk agreements

Hollande said the Minsk agreement does not secure sustainable peace in Ukraine and that the coming hours will be decisive in this regard.
“What it means is, we need to continue to be alert and exert pressure,” said the president.
The French president did not specify in terms of what the coming hours would be decisive.
