"Ukrainian soldiers control all bridges across the Dnipro in Kherson," Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov said in an interview with an American publication Fox News, APA reports.
"So the Russian forces will not be able to leave the city, as was the case in Izyum.
I don’t really believe that the Russians will be able to fight in the streets. Because for them, this is not the best option. We control all the bridges on the Dnipro River, using HIMARS and other artillery. And it is risky for them to stay in Kherson because then they will not be able to escape, as they did in Izyum,” Reznikov said.
