"The Ukrainian side is willing and ready to conduct dialogue and negotiation with Russia," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said during his China visit on Wednesday as he met with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, APA reports citing Xinhua.
Kuleba added that negotiations should be rational and substantive and aimed at achieving a just and lasting peace.
Note that last week, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a statement about the possibility of official discussions with Moscow.
V. Zelenskyy stated that he is ready to meet his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin at any time.
