Turkish President changes ambassadors to Sweden and Finland

Turkish ambassadors to Sweden and Finland have been replaced by the relevant decision of the President of Turkiye, APA reports citing the Resmi Gazette.

According to the decision, Deniz Cakar has been appointed ambassador to Finland, while Can Tezel to Sweden.

Erdogan appointed new ambassadors to 25 countries.

Notably, the Turkish President opposes the possible NATO membership of Sweden and Finland.
