NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said on Wednesday that Russian troops are preparing to launch new military offensives across Ukraine as the war nears its first anniversary, APA reports citing Teletrader.
Speaking at a joint press briefing with United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Stoltenberg told reporters that there are no signs Moscow is preparing for peace with Ukraine.
A separate report from the British Defense Ministry revealed earlier this week Russian military has restarted major operations in southeastern Ukraine since last month, and is focused on obtaining full control over the Donetsk region.
