Around 60 firefighters have rushed to a block of flats opposite Grenfell Tower after a fire was spotted on a balcony, APA reports citing Daily Mail.
Smoke was seen rising from a balcony around half-way up a tower block in Darfield Way, north Kensington shortly before midday.
Danielle Bond, who was watching on from a nearby office block, claimed the fire had spread between floors.
She said: 'The fire is spreading upwards, don't know what it's like inside but flames are going up the building on one side.'
Fire crews appear to have arrived before the blaze could spread further throughout the building, and were visible on the balcony shortly after midday.
