"As Russia continues its war of aggression, we are stepping up our support to Ukraine.
Under rescue, we are providing emergency shelter in the Rivne, Bucha, and Kharkiv regions.
We will also provide a further €175 million in humanitarian aid to help get through the winter," noted von der Leyen.
